Description
In order to be able to guarantee a high-quality powder coating, it is necessary to clean the workpieces optimally.
This is done in our 4-zone degreasing and iron phosphating facility, where the parts to be coated are degreased, phosphated and rinsed several times with fully demineralised water in a spray process.By the use of a vacuum evaporator system and a reverse osmosis system, this takes place almost without waste water.
Rust, scale or old paint coats impair the quality of the powder coating considerably, therefore it may be necessary to have the workpieces sandblasted or chemically stripped of paint.
