The lagging material‘s extreme grip allows reduced belt tension, which has a positive effect on the life expectancy of both belt and pulley bearing. We use our wear-resistant rubber coverings SUPERGRIP and BESTGRIP with different rhombic profiles or smooth without profiles as cost-effective solutions in shore-A hardnesses of 40-75 with different elastomer carriers for oil resistance, chemical resistance or hot applications
Our rubber and ceramic friction linings are bonded directly onto the drums or onto our exchangeable iron shell system, e.g. with our high-performance bonding systems SUPERBOND and CERABOND.
Specially formulated elastomer compounds are used as drum friction linings for driven and non-driven drums in belt conveyor systems.
