Sapi blast nozzles, also known as sand blast nozzles, are available in different nozzle diameters, materials and connection options. There is also a range of special nozzles such as angle nozzles, flat jet nozzles, wide jet nozzles, pipe jet nozzles, pipe blasting units. A distinction is made between cylindrical and conical nozzle geometries. The most effective are the so-called Venturi or Laval nozzles. Here the acceleration of the compressed air is at its highest and achieves the highest blasting performance. For the gentle treatment of sensitive surfaces such as natural stone, brick, wood, there are special nozzles such as the SAPI Vario nozzle with this nozzle technology, 3 different blasting techniques can be retrofitted modularly with a basic nozzle. Round jet nozzle technology, vortex jet technology, flat jet or wide jet technology. This nozzle is also called a gentle jet nozzle. With the vario-nozzle you can blast in wet blasting process, wet blasting process and dry process.
