Your advantage is that you can now use our entire process chain from heat treatment to blasting and finishing (burnishing). Burnishing is a process for the black coloration of predominantly ferrous materials such as cast iron, wrought iron, unalloyed or alloyed steels. The surfaces of the objects get a deep black iron oxide layer, the black tone of which depends on the material quality, the surface treatment, as well as the type and condition of the burnishing bath. The process is used to give the workpieces an attractive appearance and increase their corrosion resistance. Our computer-controlled, fully automatic plant guarantees a fast, reliable and high-quality burnishing treatment.
