We have developed a process that allows us to assure a uniform deposit of the hard chrome electrolytes so that there are no variations in the hardness, wear resistance and other physical properties of the surface.
Our measuring equipment ensures the accuracy of the hard chrome layer thickness, the roughness, parallelism and the truth of rotation of the component’s surface.
If requested we will provide DIN certification. An external and independent party tests the precision of our measurement instruments on a regular basis.
The electrolyte composition and the physical properties of our hard chrome layers are also subject to an independent examination.
