We have the following approvals as a specialist welding company: TÜV- HP0, HPO/EN 3834and ASME PQR1+2.

Our main field of activity is the manufacture of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping and pipe accessories, mainly from rust and acid-resistant stainless steels of the following grades: 1.4301- 1.4571-1.4306-1.4435-1.4539. In
addition, the following can be processed: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, as well as heat-resistant stainless steels 1.4828 / 1.4841, and in exceptional cases carbon steel.
We manufacture all components according to customer drawings, according to customer requirements, also with construction.

Planning, construction and documentation of

Hermes-Ural Ltd. is a machine-building company founded in 2004 in Ekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast. Today it holds leading positions among small and medium enterprises of Russia and CIS in production of capacitive equipment working under pressure for oil and gas, petrochemical industries, as well as bottoms.
In 2010 a workshop was launched on imported equipment for the production of various types (torospherical type A, B, C, normally convex, flat, elliptical) of bottoms for tanks and apparatuses, by cold stamping and knurling with an inner diameter from 1200 mm to 4200 mm and wall thickness from 4 mm to 28 mm. The material of the blanks is carbon steel, cold-resistant and stainless steels (St3Sp5, 12Х18Н10Т, 09Г2С and others). Bottoms are made of both the customer's material and own raw materials.
LLC "Hermes-Ural" has its own design department and laboratory of non-destructive testing. The full cycle of manufacture on the modern European equipment guarantees high quality of let out production.
