We machine your parts with inexpensive manufacturing processes in our own production workshop. These are produced in a fired, hard state from stored semi-finished products. This enables us to achieve a high degree of flexibility and to offer short-term delivery options.
Our manufacturing processes are particularly suitable for prototype construction and individual parts. However, depending on the process, we can also realise small series/series.

Silicon Carbide characterizes the highest hardness, very good thermal shock resistance and very good chemical resistance. The thermal conductivity of silicon carbide is in the excess much higher than of many metals. Silicon carbide parts find application, where the highest wear and chemical resistance are required.

Ceramic Rings are manufactured from premium-grade alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥ 99%) or zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramics, these rings undergo precision sintering at 1600-1800°C to achieve superior mechanical strength and thermal stability.
Zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic rings are precision-engineered components made from yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), exhibiting exceptional mechanical and thermal properties. With a Vickers hardness of 12-13 GPa and fracture toughness of 6-10 MPa·m¹/², they outperform conventional ceramics like alumina. The material maintains structural stability from -200°C to +800°C, featuring a low thermal conductivity of 2-3 W/(m·K).
Alumina (Al₂O₃) ceramic rings are manufactured from 92%-99.8% pure aluminum oxide, with 99.5% grade being industry standard for critical applications. The crystalline structure delivers:
Mohs hardness: 9 (second only to diamond)
Flexural strength: 300-400 MPa
Compressive strength: 2,000-4,000 MPa
