Already for more than 30 years we are a wholesaler and confectioner of nonwovens.
We distribute and make up all kinds of nonwovens and technical textiles for numerous sectors and industries:

upholstered furniture
beds and mattresses
packaging
construction industry
horticulture and agriculture
cosmetics and hygiene etc...

In the field of converting we offer the following services:
Rewinding, cutting, hot and cold calendering, printing, making rectangular and format cuts, making folded products,
Making bags, pouches and other products from nonwovens
Our services in detail:

Rewinding: Unwinding and rewinding max. Ø 120 cm, roll width up to 350 cm
Cutting from 3 cm - 350 cm width, cutting from 7 mm width
Calendering from 150 cm up to 350 cm width, upper steel roll heatable up to 260°C; printing force from 20 - 290 N
Flexo printing process: single color up to 300 cm width, logo and full surface printing
Bonding to wide webs up to approx. 21 m width with subsequent folding to approx. 2 m roll width and rewinding to 500 m roll length
Rectangular cuts min. 10 x 10 cm, max. 240 x 290 cm
format cuttings: circles, trapezoids, individual formats possible (also die-cutting)
multiple folding of single, multiple folded, saleable packaging units made of nonwovens, fabrics or technical textiles,
most different products can be sewn from nonwovens : bags, pouches, protective hoods (automotive), overcoats ( hygiene), nonwoven suits etc...

We offer, among other things, occupational clothing made of cotton, workwear made of blended fabric, warning protective clothing, Welder's clothing, work clothing for the food industry, work clothing for the petrochemical industry, cold storage clothing, freezer clothing, safety shoes or Work shoes, work gloves, Zunftkleidung, Winterkleidung. Our safe footwear also complies with the safety regulations and corresponding certifications for Safety shoes (S1, S2 and S3).
We also manufacture workwear individually according to the given CI or customer specifications. Not only do we help to ensure maximum security, we also take care of your personal imprint, if you wish. No matter whether company logo, name badges or advertising message - we print and embroider all textiles in our in-house printing shop and thus offer the icing on the cake for a comprehensive and uniform corporate image.
