• Rewinding: Unwinding and rewinding max. Ø 120 cm, roll width up to 350 cm
• Cutting from 3 cm - 350 cm width, cutting from 7 mm width
• Calendering from 150 cm up to 350 cm width, upper steel roll heatable up to 260°C; printing force from 20 - 290 N
• Flexo printing process: single color up to 300 cm width, logo and full surface printing
• Bonding to wide webs up to approx. 21 m width with subsequent folding to approx. 2 m roll width and rewinding to 500 m roll length
• Rectangular cuts min. 10 x 10 cm, max. 240 x 290 cm
• format cuttings: circles, trapezoids, individual formats possible (also die-cutting)
• multiple folding of single, multiple folded, saleable packaging units made of nonwovens, fabrics or technical textiles,
• most different products can be sewn from nonwovens : bags, pouches, protective hoods (automotive), overcoats ( hygiene), nonwoven suits etc...
