Cotton Machines
Cotton maschines are so called warp knitting maschines. For industrial use several peak or barbed needles are placed in row knit stitches for countless body shaped textiles. Originally they served in the production of stockings. They produced in one operation up to 18 pairs. Cotton machines are also called weft maschines.

Previously cotton machines served in producing women's stockings. New technologies have replaced the knitting machines in the mass production of seamless stockings. Primary knitting machines can be found today being used in the production of fully-fashion goods, especially in the manufacture of outerwear. Exclusive seamed stockings are still produced on the original equipment.

The industrial production of outerwear with knitting machines does not require a trimming of the individual parts and thus saves additional costs. Modern PLC control enables fully automated work processes and high volume manufacturing. New, innovative knitting machines work efficiently. No cutting and little waste ensures low material costs. A tailor-made process allows the production of tailor-made seat covers, orthopedic products or modern functional clothing. Particularly they knit classic, knitted intarsia on high quality men's shirts.
