Before you can start working on the zinc coating, the individual parts should be brought to the desired size, with the opposite parts in particular having to be of the same length. The wooden boards must have clean cut edges and be at right angles to the board so that the toothing on the corner fits properly later on. Furthermore, the boards should be straightened or planed to give a smooth surface. In addition, you should make sure that the right side of the board is taken outwards when processing it later.
