XLCT™ is the most frequently used ring spanner system in recent years with eight sizes up to 110,000 Nm.
The XLCT™ torque wrenches have quick-change ring spanner cassettes which are separated from each other by a pressure pin. The drive cylinder is mounted completely torsion-free and thus ensures long operating times. Especially in the area of special solutions the XLCT™ are used with pleasure. Via a simple, retrofittable StopLink™, the XLCT™ can also be used for the DISC™, the CLAMP™ and the SmartDISK™.
Full torque range
All ring spanner cassettes from XLCT™ are designed for the respective maximum torque of a series, with six sizes and wrench widths from 19 to 155 mm. A single pressure-torque table is valid for safety reasons for all spanner widths to avoid confusion.
Click-In ring spanner system The
drive system and ring spanner cassette are connected to each other via a pressure pin. Changing to a different width across flats is done with the pressure pin. The wrench sizes are available in [mm] and [inch] as well as hexagonal, 12-point or EasyFit™.
SingleSPEED piston system
The single piston system converts the delivery capacity of hydraulic power packs up to 700 bar very well into short assembly times. Power is transmitted quickly and with high, consistent accuracy. The working speed of all single piston systems is strongly influenced by the hydraulic power pack.
Automatic rotation angle control
An automatically operating rotation angle control is integrated in each ring spanner cassette, which provides the same rotation angle at all times. As a result, the pretensioning forces are demonstrably achieved more accurately and "handfree bolting" is possible.
Flexible hydraulic connection
The hydraulic connection newly developed for the introduction of the series can be rotated 360° and can also be rotated 360° via a second, offset axis. This gives the XLCT™ a better use on site and the hydraulic hoses can be safely turned away from the working area at any time.
Special special solutions
Numerous special solutions have already been realized with XLCT™. For the first time, an open and ratcheting ring spanner system was developed for the CLAMP with an XLCT, which allows the piston rods to be securely pre-tensioned at the crosshead. Talk to us about your special solutions!
