We accompany you from your first ideas until well after the start of production. Often, our ideas have made it possible to significantly reduce production and development costs. We supply screw drives from 1.5mm diameter, e.g. for syringe pumps.
The largest screw drive that has left our premises to date was almost 16 meters long and had a diameter of 385mm. This was used for the drive of a sluice.

Show more We manufacture your individual lead screw based on your technical drawing or a sample. The purpose of a lead screw is to translate a small radial movement into the greatest possible axial movement. We can supply you with single-start and multi-start lead screws, which we manufacture according to your individual specifications. Either according to your technical drawing - or according to the key data on the basis of which we create a design for you.
Thanks to our advanced whirling process, we are also able to produce extremely long internal threads or steep thread nuts from almost all machinable materials. As we predominantly manufacture our threaded spindles using the qualitatively superior whirling process, our threads have a higher pitch accuracy than rolled threaded spindles and are particularly suitable for applications in which high positioning accuracy is required.
