We manufacture foam inserts according to customer photos
For data recording we provide our customers with a recording set on loan and free of charge.
The customer photographs the arrangement of his objects to be bedded and sends us the image files. We correct the arrangement, determine the milling depths and draw recessed grips for removal. After manual revision, the client receives a layout for checking or for production release.
The production is carried out on CNC-controlled milling machines with a device for laser inscription.
We manufacture up to the dimensions 1200x680x60 mm.
