The aircraft parts are mainly produced by different companies and after being delivered to the hanger are assembled together for the first time.

Aircraft parts are frequently made from specialist materials, which are demanded by aviation technology. The shell of the aircraft must be particularly resilient, but it is not allowed to exceed a particular weight.

In particular the weight is an important theme in the construction of aircrafts. The maximum weight of individual aircraft components are dicated to the production firms by the engineer. Likewise the type of material which is allowed to be used for the respective product.

Aircraft components have to be produced with particular accuracy in the production company. The smallest mistake, such as flaws or missing screws and joints could cost a lot of people their lives. Therefore aircraft components are already checked numerous times during production.

After the production of the aircraft components, they are delivered to the hanger and this is followed by the assembly of the individual parts by qualified professionals. For the assemble of the larger aircraft components technical aids such as cranes and fork lifts are used. When all components are assembled, checks are done once more in the hanger. The final checks of the air craft parts are then carried out by a special board.
