Description
In addition to the all-round coupling RATO S, the flexible RATO DG coupling has been specially developed for applications in drive systems with the requirement for medium torsional and misalignment compliance. Drives with diesel, gas and electric engines in industry, mining, cogeneration, construction, telecommunications and marine are the fields of application. The 4 available torsional stiffnesses per assembly offer the possibility of a favourable tuning with regard to stationary and transient torsional vibration behaviour. In the tradition of the VULKAN couplings a backlash-free element design was realized.
