The BEAVER pipe processing machines are rock solid machines for the preparation of perfect welding bevels at the pipe end.
The new generation of the Beaver S series work quickly and with high precision after the peeling process. The BEAVER-S are designed for operational reliability and high-quality chamfering. The peeling process produces a long chip that can be easily disposed of. The bevel surface shows a very good quality, which can be welded manually as well as with the robot.
The Beaver S is available in six versions for pipes with diameters of 3, 8, 16, 24, 30 and 48 inches. Already during the construction of this machine, special emphasis was placed on economical production processes, so that you get "a lot of machine" for the processing of welding bevels within seconds at a low purchase price. Robust components and intelligent design make the Beaver S the fastest, easiest to use and most accurate pipe end forming machine. Every processing is exactly the same, so that a welding robot never encounters any deviation. The Beaver S has no changeover times thanks to a cleverly designed prism clamp.
