The KRAIBURG roller production processes a wide range of rubber types from KRAIBURG's own compound production in all hardness ranges, from 18-98 Shore A and from 55-85 Shore D. With state-of-the-art production facilities and extensive rubber know-how even the most demanding custom-made products are realized for customers. Rubber coatings are resistant to temperatures as low as -60°C and as high as +250°C. Weather-resistant, ozone-resistant and UV radiation-resistant roller coatings. Rubber roller coverings that are resistant to solvents, acids, alkalis and chemicals. Heavy-duty and wear-resistant rubber roller coverings.The surface program ranges from rough and normal grinding to polishing and superfinishing, absolutely impact- and seam-free coverings, from crowning to grooving, depending on the desired design, as well as conductive, insulating, adhesive and dehesive roller coatings.
