Welcome to LuMa-Tec Handling SystemsLuMa-Tec has a global presence and is at home in Bavaria. From Hofheim, LuMa-Tec develops and produces extrusion lines and the respective downstream models, as well as special machines for plastics processing for national and international customers and markets.

Our main field of activity isthe production of extrusion machines, e.g. various extruders, cutters, coolingbaths, haul-offs, thermal ovens, spare parts, etc., and handling systems,partly for pipes up to 250 mm, sometimes larger on request.


Our highly automated production lines are used in production facilities all over the world. Our aim is to make extrusion processes safer. This includes, for example, very precise control of temperatures and other parameters in the production process. In future, we will achieve this through a very high degree of automation in process control in our newly developed LuMa-Tec production lines.

At Tecnoextr, we’ve been designing and manufacturing rubber and silicone components in Italy for over 60 years. While extrusion is at the heart of what we do, we also offer moulded parts to meet even the most specific technical requirements.
We specialize in high-quality profiles, tubes, and gaskets made from a wide range of materials, including silicone, EPDM, NBR, and expanded elastomers. Our solutions include both standard and fully customized components, tailored to the needs of industries such as food processing (MOCA-compliant), medical, HVAC, home appliances, and general industrial applications.
