Description

INOSTAR®
Since 2013 it has been our new top development: the INOSTAR® alloy. Up to zu
it contains 2 wt.% of a rare earth mixture, which further improves the already excellent properties of the WS2 alloy:
It ignites even better
The burnup is even lower
The service life is even longer
WCe -tungsten cerium
For many welders worldwide, the grey WCe20 is the new "red". With a proportion of up to 2 wt.% cerium(IV) oxide, this type of alloy is about to overtake the WTh material in TIG and plasma welding.
WLa - Tungsten Lanthanum
In addition to the WTh alloy, the WLa alloy has the most diverse range. With a lanthanum(III) oxide content of up to 2% by weight, this mixture can be used in a very wide range of applications. The higher the oxide content, the better the electrode
WZr - tungsten zirconium
In the case of alloy type WZr, up to 0.8 wt. % zirconium oxide is added to the tungsten powder during production. The alloy is used almost exclusively for TIG electrodes

Areas of application
