Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

Due to the many possible uses of stainless steel and our knowledge of the diverse processing options, we are also represented in the field of interior and garden design.

Filter screens and weaving reeds from Baden-Württemberg The company was founded in 1951 by Karl Küfner. Right from the very beginning, the firm manufactured weaving reeds, the production of filter screens starting up two years later. Today, Karl Küfner KG is an owner-managed family company with over 300 employees at two sites. In Germany's southwestern state of Baden-Württemberg─the heartland of Germany's SME mechanical engineering and toolmaking industries─we research, develop and manufacture for some 500 customers worldwide. Our design, toolmaking and special machine construction departments are also located here. More than half a century of experience We have been in the marketplace for more than 50 years and have developed our areas of expertise, namely filter screens and weaving reeds, continuously during this time. Today, we market our products with great success all around the world. We are experienced partners to our customers in the fields of filter development and prototype, sample and series production. Our many decades of experience and the complete production chain installed at our plant enable us to offer our customers seamless technical know-how.

OUR COMPANY

Our Evolution:OLIPES began its activities in Spain in 1993, under the guidance of its founder, Arturo Oliver and his sons, together with a team of highly specialized professionals in the world of lubricants for industrial sectors. The constant process of innovation and reinvestment has allowed OLIPES to evolve rapidly, and today is a benchmark for the international petrochemical sector, with more than 2,500 product references in 75 industrial sectors and presence in more than 45 countries.
New factory:Inaugurated in 2004 in the town of Campo Real (Madrid -Spain-), it is the milestone that marks a before and after in the history of OLIPES.
Our Facilities:On an area of 13,000 m2, it has a bulk storage capacity of more than 3.6 million litres, 4,500 m2 for the production plant, laboratories and offices of 4,500 m2 and a robotic logistics warehouse with a capacity of 18,000 m3 for finished products.
Our production:The total production capacity of the current facilities exceeds 20,000 tons/year in lubricating greases and 100,000 tons/year between the different product lines. The investments of continuous improvement in the lines of packaging and storage, guarantee the maximum productivity, the flexibility in the packaging of the brand OLIPES and for other brands with the minimum delivery times.
