HEID Antriebstechnik can look back on 130 years of experience and is specialized in the production of clutches and brakes in various designs, adapted to the requirements of our customers.
With our electromagnetic, hydraulic and pneumatic clutches and brakes we are able to cover practically all areas of industrial applications.
Development & Special Solutions
Our products and applications often represent individual and special solutions. In addition to our decades of experience, we draw on our know-how in the field of research and development. HEID offers its customers an extensive portfolio of proven standard products.
However, the focus is clearly on developing solutions for customers, which are usually different from our own and from other manufacturers' standard solutions.

We only develop products which are adapted and developed to your application. We do not make bearings or products which can be found in the catalog. The use of standard bearings is a pure fight for price that we do not go along with.
Rollax gives you gain in your development, new functions with better package and - above all - you save money. Our bearings can save costs in your processes. For example, we compensate your tolerances so that you do not need to grind anymore.
Two things are necessary for this:
A) Number of pieces> 50,000 pieces / year
B) We advise you in the surrounding of the bearing. We have to see what exactly is the purpose of the bearing in your application.

In 1972, the machine builder and graduate engineer Peter Schröck established Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Owing to pioneering innovations and extraordinary product quality, the flourishing enterprise soon developed into a global provider of machines for hose production.
Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH became a member of Freiherren Waitz group in 1992. This laid the foundation for further growth: in 1996, the company occupied a new, larger office and production building in Karben, 10 km north of Frankfurt.
The subsidiary UNIFLEX of America LLC. with its present registered office in Schaumburg near Chicago, Illinois, was established in 1998 to support the markets in the Americas. In June 2004, UNIFLEX opened a subsidiary in Singapore from where our Asia-Pacific customers are served. We are also represented by offices in Tangerang/Indonesia and Shanghai/China since 2007 and 2009, respectively.
Today, after 40 years, UNIFLEX is a system provider in hose production – from workshop equipment to production plants. Innovative and reliable as well as durable hose crimpers, cutting machines, pin prick tools, skiving machines, marking tools, test systems, software and cleaning machines have been and are being developed and marketed in close cooperation with leading hose manufacturers and users.
