From the high performance material Aluminiumoxid Alumina Systems GmbH produces customized ceramic – to – metal composites. For power semiconductors we produce housings up to 6“ in diameter, meeting around 60% of the world`s demand – some 200.000 components per year from mass production brazing processes. Core technologies like dry pressing, metallization, active and passive brazing on belt and batch furnaces. And galvanic finishing is also used to produce components for myriad other cutting-edge industries such as vacuum, laser, sensor, x-ray, plasma, medical, accelerator and measurement sytems.

In 1972, the machine builder and graduate engineer Peter Schröck established Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Owing to pioneering innovations and extraordinary product quality, the flourishing enterprise soon developed into a global provider of machines for hose production.
Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH became a member of Freiherren Waitz group in 1992. This laid the foundation for further growth: in 1996, the company occupied a new, larger office and production building in Karben, 10 km north of Frankfurt.
The subsidiary UNIFLEX of America LLC. with its present registered office in Schaumburg near Chicago, Illinois, was established in 1998 to support the markets in the Americas. In June 2004, UNIFLEX opened a subsidiary in Singapore from where our Asia-Pacific customers are served. We are also represented by offices in Tangerang/Indonesia and Shanghai/China since 2007 and 2009, respectively.
Today, after 40 years, UNIFLEX is a system provider in hose production – from workshop equipment to production plants. Innovative and reliable as well as durable hose crimpers, cutting machines, pin prick tools, skiving machines, marking tools, test systems, software and cleaning machines have been and are being developed and marketed in close cooperation with leading hose manufacturers and users.

Our vibration dampers made of metal knitted wire mesh are developed for applications in which vibration dampers made of elastomers have reached their performance limits. Centrally located in the Ruhr region, we serve customers all over the world.
You are always involved, when our technicians and engineers will find a solution for practically any problem, coordinated to the respective on-site situation. Whether this solution is realised with standard elements from our product range or through the new construction of a vibration damper doesn't make a big difference here.
Due to our attached production facility, we are able to quickly master many construction-related problems. To make planning your applications easier for you, we provide you with 3D models and load-deflection diagrams of all our products.
