2004-ben alapított TCC Csoport 15 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik az öntödei gyártásban és négy különböző gyártási folyamattal rendelkező gyárban.
TCA-Minden öntött acéltermék, 3 grammtól 100 kg-ig 1 méterig, szilícium-dioxid-olvadéköntési eljárással állítható elő, Ra 3,2 felületi érdességgel, és az öntvények lineáris tűrései megfelelnek az ISO 8062CtClas4 szabványnak.
TCP-nátrium-szilikát-szilícium-dioxid-kompozit öntési eljárás, 50 gramm és 100 kg közötti öntési súlyú termék, a méretpontosság megfelel az ISO 8062Ct 7-CT8-nak, és a felületi érdesség RA6.3-12.5.
TCY-homok öntési eljárás, amely három tonna alatti homoköntvényt állít elő.
A CLRMIM-fém por befecskendezési eljárást 0,1 g és 100 g közötti súlyú termékek előállítására és 0,8-0,16 felületi érdességre használják.

Euro Metal Isleme Sanayi ve Dış Ticaret Ltd.Şti. Is founded in 2005 and established in Istanbul.
Euro Metal has a 400 m² workshop and 20 employees, of which 4 have an engineering degree.
Euro Metal is an all-round machining factory. It’s producing robot parts for automated production lines for a German customer, spare parts for test devices of a German customer, automotive parts for a major Dutch bus producer and spare parts for a Russian nuclear plant construction company. These works are done with 2x 5-axle, 2x 4-axle and 2x 3-axle modern CNC milling stations as well as 1x 4-axle and 3x 2-axle CNC turning stations. Furthermore it possesses several conventional milling, turning, drilling and sawing machines and it can also perform any kind of welding jobs for its customers.

Injection mould making & Engineering

FineMIM (A Division of Jiangsu Tech Group) is a leading one-stop supplier of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) in China, providing metal injection molded components to the consumer electronics, automotive parts, medical, aerospace and industrial sectors for over 12 years.

Company Yani 2000 Ltd. was found in 2003. Its main business is manual and machine grinding and polishing of brass details for sanitary tapware. Additionally, it can process aluminium details, manufacture and design instrumental equipment, perform high-pressure casting of aluminium details. This method is suitable for batch production of thin-walled castings with accurate dimensions, mainly of aluminium and zinc-aluminium alloys.
To secure the production process instrumental equipment is required, die casting moulds are also produced for making precision castings, as well as other devices for mechanical processing, etc.
Company’s equipment includes machining centres, lathes, CNC lathes, universal milling machines, flat and round grinders, coordinate turning and boring lathes, drilling machines, etc. Its design and technology department elaborates the engineering documentation, provides the programming and technological support for the instrumental production. It also performs mechanical processing of various types of details and powder coating of details using its electrostatic powder coating line.
