As a special challenge we see the constant new development and advancement of our knitted wire mesh. We are to be produced by our house-internal tool construction in the situation in the shortest time functioning prototypes. DHD knitted wire mesh are produced of endless wire in an omega mesh form. The essential advantage compared with wire fabric is the 3-dimensional mobility of the knitted wire mesh. Variations of our knitted wire mesh are available as a Round or level wire implementation. We make in widths of 5 to 750 mm and deliver on role or in individual cuttings. The knitted wire mesh are could contain up to 5 threads - flatly or are waved. The variety of the involved materials reaches from steel about various high-grade steels and coppers up to Monel ®, plastic mono file, Multifilamente, aluminium, glass and coach voucher. More than 130 years of experience and up-to-date market knowledge guarantee our customers products and solutions that optimally meet their individual requirements.
The knowledge, skills of our employees and dedication to their work, often passed down from generation to generation, enable us to successfully fulfill consumer orders, including those with additional requirements for the properties of hardware products.
Thanks to the manufacturability of Dneprometiz TAS products, consumer costs are reduced, breakdowns are avoided, machines can operate at higher speeds and tool wear is reduced.
Quality control of the wire rod used in production and testing of finished products is carried out in our own accredited laboratory, which is equipped with instruments and testing equipment for chemical analysis, mechanical tests, welding and technology tests. This enables the plant to manufacture "top class" products, the highest quality of which has been confirmed by use at leading industrial companies.
Our products are used in all areas of industrial production, especially in mechanical engineering, construction, agriculture and other sectors of the economy. Today Dneprometiz TAS exports its products to more than 50 countries.
