Furthermore we are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 since 2008 (Status ISO9001:2008)
Our main field of activity is the manufacture of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, piping and pipe accessories, mainly from rust and acid-resistant stainless steels of the following grades: 1.4301- 1.4571-1.4306-1.4435-1.4539. In
addition, the following can be processed: Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, as well as heat-resistant stainless steels 1.4828 / 1.4841, and in exceptional cases carbon steel.
We manufacture all components according to customer drawings, according to customer requirements, also with construction.
Our capacities and processing possibilities:
Production area: 1000 m²
crane capacity : 2 x 6.300kg
container sizes : up to ø2000mm x 7000mm lg. Or other sizes on customer request
rolling : ø 3000 x 2500 x 10mm
edges : up to 4000 x 6mm
Cutting : up to 3000 x 10 mm / laser, water jet -> EXTERNAL
Milling : 1500 x 1000x 800 mm, 4-axis digital
turning : ø 750 over bed, ø 520 over slide
Bath pickling : basin 6000 x 2900 x 2000 mm
Electropolishing : basin 3900 x 1500 x 1400 mm
