A gyártás, feldolgozás és a hulladék műanyagok gyűjtése során keletkező különböző műanyaghulladékok zúzására és újrafeldolgozására a Neue Herbold egy sor gépet és berendezést kínál, amelyeket kifejezetten (egyedileg) a kéznél lévő feladatra szabtak. Csatlakozás ehhez a magprogramhoz (granulátor, csőmalom, profilmalom, porlasztó, finomcsiszoló berendezés, mosóberendezés, forró mosóberendezés, szárítógép, súrlódástisztító, erősítő mosógép, elválasztó tartály,...) egy speciális gépszerkezet (kalapácsos porlasztó, nyírógép, csavaros daráló, bálaaprító) újrahasznosítható anyagok újrafeldolgozására, mint pl. számítógépes hulladék, szigetelőanyag, szénsavas betonblokk, fahulladék stb.
1995-ben alapították, a vállalat mintegy 70 alkalmazottat foglalkoztat a Sinsheim-Reihen üzemében, akik tapasztalt innovációs csapatot alakítottak ki a fejlesztés, a mérnöki, a gyártás, a menedzsment és az értékesítés területén. A Technológiai Értékesítési Osztály a világ több mint 40 képviselőjével dolgozik.
A pontos, költséghatékony tervezést a csúcstechnológiás gyártás követi, és folyamatosan minőségbiztosítással jár, hogy olyan termékeket állítson elő, amelyek megfelelnek a zúzási technológia legmagasabb követelményeinek.
