Az 1869-ben alapított Adelbert Fritz a Schmiedefeldben/Turingia-ban innovatív, közepes méretű családi vállalkozás, több mint 1000 alkalmazottal szerte a világon, ebből több mint 550 alkalmazott van a négy német gyárban.
