A BIBRA a fémcsomagolóipar világszerte tapasztalt gyártója és szállítója a mechanikai és háztartási szerszámoknak. Ügyfeleink gépünket használják kerek és nem kör alakú termékek, mélyhúzott 2 db és DRD dobozok, AE-alja és csavarja-és fülbevalók előállítására. A BIBRA-t 1889-ben alapították, és székhelye Barmstedt, Hamburg közelében, Németországban.
Több mint 125 éves tapasztalattal támaszkodhatunk a csomagolóiparban és a dobozgyártó gépek évtizedek óta történő értékesítése előtt, és több mint 50 éve készítjük magunkat. Mold részlegünk több mint 40 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik a formák és szerszámok tervezésében, építésében és gyártásában mindenféle vágási, rajzolási és formázási formában.
1999-ben áthelyeztük a penészgazdálkodási osztályunkat Bamstedbe, 2009-ben pedig a sütő részlegünk követte. Ezért fontos feladatot végeztünk, hogy az összes osztályt egy tető alá összpontosítsuk, lerövidítsük a kommunikációs csatornákat, szállítsuk és javítsuk a minőségellenőrzést. A 2011-es saját O-alakú nyomdagép elkészítésének elhatározásával egy teljes automata papíradagoló gépet építettünk fel a hátsó végével egy tető alatt.
Gyártásunk kiterjed minden típusú présre és hátsó gépre, mint pl. Rollerekre, bélésgépekre, ipari kemencékre, tekercselőgépekre és emberi gyártókra (zárakra). Ezenkívül a BIBRA az egyetlen olyan vállalat, amely saját bélyegzőszerszámokat és szerszámokat készíthet a gépek és mások számára.

Technological BreakthroughsBy importing the integrated IPD product research and development management model, Yizumi improves product upgrades and develops new generation of products. With the constant expansion into the new evolving element of creativity and innovation, the research and development (R&D) fees have already exceeded 60 million in 2015, achieving outstanding results in its R&D. As of today, it has attained more than 130 patented technologies. Other than that, it has also been administered as the vice president unit of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association (CPMIA) and has been appointed as the project implementation unit for National Advanced Technology Enterprise and National Torch Program.
