BIBRA, dünya çapında metal ambalaj endüstrisi için makine ve ev yapımı aletler konusunda deneyimli bir üretici ve tedarikçisidir. Ambalaj endüstrisinde 125 yıldan fazla deneyime ve 50 yıldan fazla bir süredir kendimizi üretmeden önce onlarca yıl kutu üretim makineleri satmaya güvenebiliriz. Kalıp bölümümüz, her türlü kesme, germe ve şekillendirme kalıbı için kalıp ve alet tasarımı, yapımı ve üretiminde 40 yılı aşkın deneyime sahiptir.
1999 yılında kalıp bölümümüzü Bamstedt'e taşıdık ve 2009 yılında fırın bölümümüz yakından takip etti. Bu nedenle, tüm departmanları tek bir çatı altında bir araya getirmek, iletişim kanallarını kısaltmak, ulaşım sağlamak ve kalite kontrolünü iyileştirmek gibi önemli bir görevi yerine getirdik. 2011 yılında kendi O-çerçeve baskı makinemizi yapma kararı ile, arka ucu bir çatı altında olan eksiksiz bir otomatik kağıt beslemeli baskı makinesi üretim hattı kurabildik.
Üretim yelpazemiz, maşalar, astar makineleri, endüstriyel fırınlar, rulo şekillendirme makineleri ve vücut üreticileri (kilit dikişleri) gibi her türlü pres ve arka uç makinelerini içerir. Buna ek olarak, BIBRA makineleri ve diğerleri için kendi damgalama kalıplarını ve aletlerini yapabilen tek şirketlerden biridir.

Technological BreakthroughsBy importing the integrated IPD product research and development management model, Yizumi improves product upgrades and develops new generation of products. With the constant expansion into the new evolving element of creativity and innovation, the research and development (R&D) fees have already exceeded 60 million in 2015, achieving outstanding results in its R&D. As of today, it has attained more than 130 patented technologies. Other than that, it has also been administered as the vice president unit of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association (CPMIA) and has been appointed as the project implementation unit for National Advanced Technology Enterprise and National Torch Program.
