For three generations now, the company Cours has been firmly established on the market for galvanic surface finishing thanks to its solutions tailored to the customer.
We offer surfacing solutions in copper, nickel, chrome and various gloss and matt tones for components made of the base materials die-cast zinc, brass and steel materials. In addition, we offer pre- and post-treatment of components so optimal surfacing results can be attained.
We offer flexible packaging, fitting and dispatch options, plus interim storage in our consignment warehouse, thus providing an all-round service.

Reproducible and consistent finishing quality of our metal surfaces is crucial in every phase of the production cycle.Complex geometries are coated based on measurement data.

Heat Treatment Services (HTS) è una divisione di ALD Vacuum Technologies GmbH - un produttore leader mondiale di forni per metallurgia sotto vuoto e trattamento termico sotto vuoto. In HTS, forniamo la tecnologia di trattamento termico più avanzata ai clienti che vogliono beneficiare dei vantaggi delle tecnologie ALD senza dover investire in attrezzature proprie o gestire l'intera tecnologia. I nostri servizi sono disponibili in tre centri globali in Germania, USA e Messico. Il quarto centro di servizio sarà operativo in Cina nella primavera del 2021.

Siamo il vostro esperto per i servizi di trattamento termico per numerose applicazioni nel settore automobilistico e dell'ingegneria meccanica, tra gli altri.
