1) Unità di Trafileria
Produzione di: Filo trafilato, Trattamenti termici, Stagnatura a caldo
Diametri producibili da 0,08 mm (è possibile produrre diametri inferiori su richiesta)
Materiali: rame, ottone o bronzo (altri metalli su richiesta)
Confezioni in coil, matasse, bobine
2) Prima unità di Laminazione
Sezioni producibili fino a 10 mmq
Produzione di: Piattine, ribbons, fili a sezione quadra o rettangolare, profili speciali e a disegno
Materiali: rame, ottone, bronzo, alluminio, acciaio inossidabile, acciaio al carbonio (altri metalli su richiesta)
Confezioni in coil, matasse, bobine.
3) Seconda unità di Laminazione e Trafileria
Sezioni producibili da 8 mmq
Produzione di: Piattine, fili tondi, fili a sezione quadra o rettangolare, profili speciali e a disegno
Spessori sottili a partire da 0,03 millimetri
Trattamenti termici e trattamenti superficiali a caldo
Materiali: rame, ottone, bronzo, alluminio, acciaio inossidabile, acciaio al carbonio (altri metalli su richiesta del cliente)
Confezioni: in coils, barre, matasse, bobine
4) Unità di taglio coils (slitters)
Coils, nastri, piattine e bandelle
Spessori sottili a partire da 0,03 millimetri
Materiali: rame, ottone, bronzo, acciaio inossidabile (altri metalli su richiesta)
5) Unità per Trattamenti galvanici
Trattamenti galvanici reel-to-reel su fili tondi, fili quadri, profili speciali, piattine, nastri
Spessore minimo 0,05 millimetri
Materiali: rame, ottone, bronzo, acciaio al carbonio (altri metalli su richiesta)
Si eseguono trattamenti anche in conto lavorazione
