Kunden von BPT kommen aus allen Bereichen. Denn Kunststoff-, Hartschaum- und Gummiprofile sowie Formteile befinden sich nahezu überall. Ob Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Automotive. Im Anlagenbau z.B. von Solartechnik bis zu den Windkraftanlagen. Beim Bau von Maschinen- und Schaltanlagen. Die Möbel- oder Bauindustrie. Von der einfachen Gummieinfassung von Scheiben bis hin zur effizienten Vermeidung von Kältebrücken im Fassadenbau. Vielfältig werden bereits heute die von BPT gelieferte Lösungen in Form von Spezialprofilen eingesetzt.
Auch Dauermagnete haben seit langen Jahren einen festen Platz in der Produktpalette. Sie werden für eine Vielzahl an Einsatzzwecken verwendet, z.B. im Fenster- und Möbelbau. Es werden sowohl isotrope als auch anisotrope Magnetbänder angeboten.
Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen überzeugen unsere Kunden. So werden Profile und Formteile aus vielen unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen und Qualitäten gefertigt, ob Naturkautschuk oder Silikon, vom Weich-PVC bis zum Hartschaum. Dabei wird besonders auf Zulassungen und Zertifikate geachtet, die für die Extrusion und Produktion dieser Art benötigt werden. Den Ansprüchen aus verschiedenen Branchen wird dabei entsprochen, z.B. die UV-Beständigkeit, Lebensmittelverträglichkeit, Säurebeständigkeit und Vieles mehr. Hartschaumprofile werden heute vielfach in der Verpackungsindustrie, der Bauindustrie und im Bereich Automotive eingesetzt. Sie überzeugen mit hervorragend niedrigen Werten bei der Wärmeleitfähigkeit und hoher Formstabilität auch unter Druck. Hartschaumprofile gibt es in verschiedenen Formen und Querschnitten un in unterschiedlichen Farben.
Doch Gummi ist nicht gleich Gummi und Kunststoff ist nicht gleich Kunststoff. Gerade im Bereich der Profiltechnik ist die optimale Lösung abhängig von der Verwendung der richtigen Materialien im Zusammenhang mit dem richtigen Produktionsverfahren. Die Produktion der Profile erfolgt z.B. im Co-oder sogar Tri-Extrusionsverfahren. Hartschaumprofile können extrudiert, geschäumt oder um Konturschnitt verarbeitet werden.
Zu den besonderen stärken der BPT gehören selbstklebende Profile. Dabei wird das Profil mit einem Doppelklebeband heiß oder kalt laminiert. Mit diesem Verfahren können verschiedene Materialien ausgerüstet werden. Damit liefert BPT vielfach Halbzeuge. Die Weiterverarbeitung der Profile im Produktionsprozess des Kunden wird dadurch erleichtert.
Der Kunde wird von der Entwicklung, über Musterfertigung bis hin zum fertigen Produkt begleitet. Dank der großen Erfahrung, einen umfangreichen Know-how und über Jahrzehnte lang gepflegten Lieferantenbeziehungen mit flexibler Fertigung können nahezu alle Kundenwünsche im Bereich der Profiltechnik schnell und effizient erfüllt werden. Profile werden bei Bedarf zusätzlich bearbeitet, verklebt, geschnitten, vilkanisiert oder selbstklebend ausgerüstet. je nach Anforderungen wird die technische Ausrüstung selbst entwickelt und gebaut, um den Kunden eine perfekte Lösung anzubieten.
