Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, materials moving and transport tasks, stampings and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

Nella pressa, un utensile e la superficie dello stampo formano il metallo nella forma desiderata. Punzonatura, tranciatura, piegatura, coniatura, goffratura e flangiatura sono tutte tecniche di stampaggio utilizzate per modellare il metallo.
Prima che il materiale possa essere formato, i professionisti dello stampaggio devono progettare l'utensile tramite la tecnologia di ingegneria CAD/CAM. Questi progetti devono essere il più precisi possibile per garantire che ogni punzonatura e piegatura mantenga un gioco adeguato e, quindi, una qualità ottimale del pezzo. Un singolo modello 3D di utensile può contenere centinaia di parti, quindi il processo di progettazione è spesso molto complesso e richiede molto tempo.

La lavorazione comprende taglio, tornitura, fresatura, rettifica, maschiatura. La tolleranza può essere di circa 0,005-0,01 mm.
