In our contract production division you can get optics and tools of the highest UP quality in piece production or also in high or low volume production. This unique synergy allows us to continually make improvements to our UP machinery thanks to the ongoing feedback from our own production department. At the moment we currently have around 30 of our own LT Ultra machines in use.
In addition, you can also get interferometers and UP bearings (linear systems and rotary tables) via our UP Technology division. The range is completed by our Beam Guidance division which can supply you with laser processing heads and a variety of additional components for laser processing.

Se classificati in base ai rivestimenti, gli specchi ottici sono costituiti da specchi dielettrici e specchi metallici. Lo specchio dielettrico è uno specchio ottico costituito da sottili strati di rivestimento dielettrico depositati su un substrato ottico (UVFS o BK7). WISOPTIC offre specchi dielettrici per linee laser, per gamme di lunghezze d'onda a banda stretta o larga che coprono lo spettro dall'UV all'IR. Gli specchi metallici sono rivestiti con oro, argento o alluminio protetti. Gli specchi metallici sono ampiamente utilizzati grazie a un livello moderato di riflessione in una gamma spettrale molto ampia. I rivestimenti in oro protetto hanno la massima riflettanza nell'IR, l'argento protetto è il più efficiente nel VIS, mentre l'alluminio protetto è un riflettore economico per l'intera gamma 300nm-IR. Lo strato superiore di materiale dielettrico protegge i rivestimenti metallici e rende gli specchi metallici durevoli e stabili per un lungo periodo di funzionamento.
Gli specchi ottici possono essere raggruppati anche in base alle forme, che possono essere sferiche, rettangolari, ellittiche o personalizzate con superfici piane, sferiche concave o convesse, o cilindriche.
WISOPTIC offre un'ampia selezione di specchi ottici per l'uso con la luce nella regione spettrale da DUV a IR, che vanno dagli specchi a linea laser, agli specchi dielettrici/metallici a bordo banda, fino agli specchi laser ultrarapidi. WISOPTIC progetta rivestimenti per gli specchi in base a richieste personalizzate per fornire soluzioni ideali per applicazioni specializzate, soprattutto ad alta potenza laser.
