• Sawing: raw material up to Ø430 mm

• Turning: max. distance between centers: 1,500 mm, max. height of centers 650 mm

• Milling: 5-axis simultaneous, max. machining zone 1,000 x 1,250 x 1,000 mm

• Cylindrical Grinding: internal, external, plane, profiles, fits and cones, max. distance between centers: 1.600 mm

• Flat Grinding: grooves, profiles, chamfers or flat. Max. grinding length: 1,500 mm / diameter Ø800 mm

• Lapping, Barrel Finishing & Polishing, Blast Cleaning

• Sink Eroding: complex geometries, splines, grooves, threads and fits. Max. machining zone: 900 x 700 x 450 mm

• EDM Wire Cutting: high-precision cut contours, gages & splines. Max. machining zone: 500 x 350 x 256 mm, Inclination up to 30°

• Lasermarking: max. machining zone 300 x 300 x 500 mm

• Measuring: dimensions, form & position, gears & splines on coordinate measuring machine, surfaces, contours and angles on conturograph. Material analysis on spark spectrometer.
