Since 1966 we've been your reliable partner for the production of DIN / ISO compliant stamped parts (such as washers).

Founded in 1993 in Sättelstädt near Eisenach, the modern company Ha-Bck is situated as a supporter of metal and steel construction companies, special purpose machine construction companies and the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
Ha-Beck also works for producers of mining and construction machines as well as for medical equipment, the furniture industry, aircraft technology, rail transport technology, and for craftsman´s business such as joiners, carpenters and many others.
In the machining of steels, special steel, aluminium, and pipes, whether in individual, job lot or industrial scale production, ha-Beck uses lasers with a cutting capacity of 1500, 2000 or 3000 watt. As a less expensive alternative to pressing, Ha-Beck utilizes high-speed lasers for sheet metal (laser machining with 5 axes, 3D cutting of deepdrawing parts).
The company is able to perform wireEDM on three different machines and to cut all conductive metals hardened or unhardened as well as PCD.
In the area of the manufacture of subassemblies, Ha-Beck machines not only sheet metal (bending and folding) but offers other services such as CNC machining (turning, milling, and drilling), plasma arc cutting and torch cutting, electroplating and powder coating, electropolishing, pressing, welding and soldering, high speed plasma and water torch cutting of plastics, ceramics, marble, light alloys, and precious metals.
