AVK Armaturen GmbH guarda indietro ad una lunga tradizione nello sviluppo e nella produzione di valvole per l'ingegneria civile sul mercato tedesco. Düker GmbH & Co. KGaA is a medium-sized company with a tradition of a smeltery and hammer mill. Today there are four divisions: fittings and valves, drainage technology, glasslining technology and jobbing foundry.
With cast iron products, Düker is one of the leading manufacturers of valves and pressure fittings for the drinking water and gas supply as well as of pipes and fittings for the drainage systems.
Furthermore the development and production of acid-proof enamelled components and pipes for the plant engineering of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry belongs to the core competence of Düker.
In the Lower Franconian locations Karlstadt and Laufach there are around
650 employees with an apprenticeship rate of approximately 8%. So Düker is one of the biggest German iron foundries.

Manufacturing products that satisfy even the highest customer requirements has been the source of Hawle Armaturen GmbH's motivation for over 40 years now.
Production:
Duktil Guss Fürstenwalde the company's in-house foundry, is where high-quality unfinished castings are manufactured. The cast material is then processed in Freilassing using the latest CNC production systems. Following an aggressive bout of abrasive blasting, the EWS coating - an epoxy powder coating manufactured using a fluidised bed sintering process - is melted onto the heated casting surface. The use of industrial robots during this ensures an even layer thickness (at least 250 µm*). Hawle even produces its own elastomer/plastic components required for the final assembly process. Before shipping, all products are subjected to a rigorous final inspection procedure.
