Con la fondazione della società H+ fluid GmbH nel 2020 da parte della famiglia Heimberger, l'azienda entra ora nel grande palcoscenico dei produttori di valvole con un proprio prodotto. Il desiderio dei nostri clienti di lunga data di agire come fornitore diretto e di portare nel settore della produzione di valvole l'affidabilità e la qualità a cui siete abituati in altri settori di Heimberger GmbH è stato così esaudito. 100% a conduzione familiare, siamo un classico esempio di azienda sana del Mittelstand tedesco con grandi ambizioni!
La nostra attenzione è rivolta all'ulteriore sviluppo, all'assemblaggio e alla distribuzione di valvole a 2/2 vie. Una prima pietra miliare sarà il trasferimento nella nuova sede di Bretten-Gölshausen nella primavera del 2021, in modo che nulla ostacoli una produzione sostenibile. Grazie a procedure e processi altamente efficienti e affidabili, la nostra azienda è già riuscita a convincere molti clienti importanti e nulla ostacola una crescita forte e sostenibile.

As a manufacturer of continuous cast iron, we place great emphasis on the quality of our products and provide materials based upon the new European standard "EN 16482 - Cast Iron - Continuous Casting". ACO Eurobar®quality continuous-cast products are available in all standard profiles and dimensions and in a wide range of materials. We deliver our continuous cast iron not only as-cast, but also as pre-machined semis or as a completely finished machined part. Our primary goal as a supplier of continuous casting is to offer our customers high quality concast iron products at an acceptable cost. A continuous replenishment of our bar stocks in combination with sophisticated logistics guarantees a high level of availability with short leadtimes.
As a full-service supplier ACO Eurobar takes over a lot of preparatory work for their customers and offers a complete machining service to them. We have a full range of machining operations at our disposal, sawing to length, turning, drilling, boring,milling and peeling. State-of-the-art equipment including fully automated milling machines, CNC lathes, and robot-assisted manufacturing cells permits us to realise tailored solutions to any tolerances which our customers may specify.
ACO Eurobar has already realised sophisticated solutions for, for example, the glass mould industry, compressor manufacture, mechanical and machine-tool engineering as well as other sectors.
