La storia di Kremsmüller inizia nel 1961 con servizi di personale per l'industria. All'epoca, questo era un modello di business completamente nuovo che colpiva i tempi. In questi primi anni, Karl Kremsmüller fece un lavoro pionieristico nella costruzione di impianti industriali. I saldatori, montatori e meccanici altamente qualificati sono stati rapidamente richiesti da tutte le note aziende di costruzione di impianti. Per questo motivo, gli esperti di Kremsmüller si potevano trovare nei cantieri praticamente in tutto il mondo già negli anni '60.
