Continua The machine manufacturer H&B OMEGA Europa GmbH emerged 1991 out of the SKET-compound under participation of Huber & Bauer Nord GmbH.
With the involvement of the American company OMEGA Automation Inc. as shareholder in 1995 the company's name was set.
In 1996 the production plant in Sülzetal/OT Osterweddingen was built, which let the company move from its original place within the SKET site to its current location in the industrial park of Osterweddingen.
As a medium sized company H&B OMEGA is designing and manufacturing tooling and jig devices, special purpose machines, friction welding machines and conveyance products. Our engineering department, the extensive machine park, assembly and installation staff, as well as our experience in automationand PLC programming form our holistic competence in designing your made-to-measure product!

Le molle a fluido elastico della serie WES-F sfruttano la comprimibilità dell’elastomero
pretensionato.
Se una molla a fluido elastico viene caricata con una forza assiale F, l’asta del pistone
o il pistone penetra nell’elastomero pretensionato. In tal modo la pressione torna a
salire. Se la forza F diminuisce, l’elastomero si scarica riportando il pistone / l’asta del
pistone nella posizione iniziale.
Questa tecnica viene applicata tra le altre cose nelle gabbie dei laminatoi a caldo e a
freddo. Il cilindro superiore, compresi i componenti esterni, è sostenuto da 2 o 4 molle
a fluido elastico della serie WES-F. Grazie all’idraulica il cilindro superiore può essere
abbassato fino a raggiungere la distanza tra i cilindri desiderata. Le molle a fluido
elastico si ritraggono in modo analogo e mantengono il cilindro superiore in posizione.
Se il clindro superiore viene scaricato, l’elastomero si scarica a sua volta, riportando
il cilindro nella posizione iniziale.
Come funzione aggiuntiva le molle a fluido elastico possono fungere da pistoni ed
essere impiegate per la flessione del cilindro. Le molle a fluido elastico della serie
WES-F si basano su standard di costruzione adattati alle necessità dei clienti.
