• 幅3 cm～350 cmの裁断、幅7 mmからの裁断
• 幅150 cm～350 cmのカレンダー加工、上部スチール製ローラーは260°Cまで加熱可能、印刷力20～290 N
• フレキソ印刷加工：幅300 cmまでの単色印刷、ロゴ印刷、全面印刷
• 幅21 mまでの幅広ウェブへの接着。幅約21 mまでの広幅ウェブに接着し、その後ロール幅約2 mまで折り畳み、ロール長500 mまで巻き取る
• 最小10 x 10 cmの長方形カット。10 x 10 cm、最大240 x 290 cm
• 形状カット：円形、台形、個別のフォーマットも可能（ダイカットも可能）
• 不織布、ファブリック、テクニカルテキスタイルで作られた、販売可能なパッケージユニットを個別に複数折りたたむ
• 不織布から様々な製品を縫製可能：バッグ、ポーチ、保護ボンネット（自動車用）、オーバーコート（衛生用）、不織布スーツなど。

Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Suizhou City, Hubei province, covers an area of 400,000㎡. We are a high-tech enterprise in China.
We mainly produce PVC tarpaulin,tensile fabric,PVC flex banner,finished tarps,flexible water tanks, inflatable tent frame and other PVC relevant products,widely applied in outdoor shading, waterproof covering, agriculture, culture, sports, and so on. We adopt advanced technology and equipment to achieve multi-product and cross-industry scale models. Our production line covers 5 categories of 100 different items.
We own a whole series of production lines including basic fabric weaving, calendering, coating, laminating, lacquering, and printing. Our tarpaulin width can be up to 5.5m without welding. In addition, we have an automatic cutting machine, UV printing machine, and heat welding machine, which can make finished products as per customer's sample and design drawing. We welcome OEM and ODM orders.
Procurement of the raw material is strictly carried out and the production process follows a strict quality control policy. For each batch, we conduct quality checks on the material's tear strength, water resistance, and fire resistance.
