• الحزام المقلوب : الحد الأقصى للحزام المقلوب والحزام المقلوب. قطرها 120 سم وعرض لفة يصل إلى 350 سم
• قطع من عرض يتراوح بين 3 و 350 سنتيمترا ومن عرض 7 ملليمترات
• عرض تقويم يتراوح بين 150 و 350 سم، ويمكن تسخين الأسطوانة الفولاذية العلوية حتى 260 درجة مئوية؛ قدرة طباعة 20-290 نيوتن
• عملية الطباعة الفليكسوغرافية : عرض أحادي اللون إلى 300 سنتيمتر، ووضع العلامات والطباعة الكاملة
• التصاق من عرض إلى تقارب. عرض 21 متر، ثم طي إلى حوالي. 2 متر عرض لفة واللف إلى 500 متر طول لفة
• الحد الأدنى من القطع المستطيلة. 10 x 10 سم كحد أقصى. 240 x 290 سم
• قطع الشكل : دائري، شبه منحرف، أشكال فردية ممكنة ( قطع يموت أيضا )
• الطيات المتعددة لوحدات تغليف فردية متعددة الطيات قابلة للتسويق مصنوعة من أقمشة غير منسوجة أو أقمشة أو منسوجات صناعية،
• يمكن خياطة معظم المنتجات المختلفة بأقمشة غير منسوجة : أكياس، أكياس صغيرة، أغطية واقية ( للسيارات)، معاطف ( للنظافة الصحية)، بدلات غير منسوجة، إلخ...

Hubei Jinlong New Materials Co., Ltd. is located in Suizhou City, Hubei province, covers an area of 400,000㎡. We are a high-tech enterprise in China.
We mainly produce PVC tarpaulin,tensile fabric,PVC flex banner,finished tarps,flexible water tanks, inflatable tent frame and other PVC relevant products,widely applied in outdoor shading, waterproof covering, agriculture, culture, sports, and so on. We adopt advanced technology and equipment to achieve multi-product and cross-industry scale models. Our production line covers 5 categories of 100 different items.
We own a whole series of production lines including basic fabric weaving, calendering, coating, laminating, lacquering, and printing. Our tarpaulin width can be up to 5.5m without welding. In addition, we have an automatic cutting machine, UV printing machine, and heat welding machine, which can make finished products as per customer's sample and design drawing. We welcome OEM and ODM orders.
Procurement of the raw material is strictly carried out and the production process follows a strict quality control policy. For each batch, we conduct quality checks on the material's tear strength, water resistance, and fire resistance.
