De belangrijkste kracht van het bedrijf is het ontwerpen en produceren van oplossingen op maat die voldoen aan duurzame en kosteneffectieve doelstellingen, zoals:
§ kostenvermindering in termen van gewikkeld pallet dankzij de ontwikkeling van dunnere folie, met behoud van dezelfde mechanische eigenschappen en stabiliteit;
§ groene stretchfolie, met tot 60% gerecycled materiaal, die voldoet aan het model van de circulaire economie en besparingen mogelijk maakt op het gebied van de plasticbelasting;
NetRoll, een rekfolie zonder de overbodige kartonnen binnenkern, levert voordelen op voor zowel het milieu (vermindering van de CO2-uitstoot) als de klant (de kosten hebben alleen betrekking op de folie en er is geen koker die moet worden weggegooid).

We furthermore work closely with universities and research institutes, particularly in fundamental research.

POLIFILM is more than 40 years old and family owned. That is to remain the case also for the next 40 years with the successful handover to the next generation. Today, the founder of the company, Lutz Runkel, born in 1948, is the Director of POLIFILM GmbH. His sons were promoted to management in 2011, where Bastian Runkel, born in 1976, represents the POLIFILM EXTRUSION GmbH and Christian Runkel, born in 1979, the POLIFILM PROTECTION GmbH.
