SIK d.o.o. is a metal fabrication and machining company founded in 1995, still family-owned, with 210 employees. We export 99% of our products to the EU and USA, serving industries such as energy (primarily electric), food, paper, marine, automotive, CNC machine production, industrial equipment, and large constructions.Our operations and services include:
1. CAD/CAM design: Tailored engineering solutions for various industries.
2. Fabrication: Cutting, pressing, rolling, and certified welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG, REL).
3. Machining: Bending, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, slotting; 5-axis machining for parts up to 6000 mm in length and 2500 mm in width.
4. Post-processing: Controlled heat treatment, high-quality sandblasting, and industrial paintwork.
5. Quality assurance: Inspection by certified Welding Inspector, advanced NDT testing, and precision quality control.
Our current production capacity is 500 tons of steel products per month. To meet increasing demand, we are expanding production by 30% with new halls and equipment.
