Quality, tradition and innovation are the values of the mechanical engineering company AVOLA in Hattingen (a. d. Ruhr).
What is the company philosophy behind these AVOLA values? Continuous development and foresighted action – based on systematic thinking – describes what drives us all for the benefit of our customers. Today our customers can be found around the globe – in Germany, in other German-speaking countries and the rest of Europe, in Asia, South America and Africa and as far as Oceania.
Countless patents and utility models, granted in three different centuries, are impressive indications of AVOLA`s boundless power of innovation.
Machines for the textile industry were the starting point of the company. Machines for agriculture followed and, about 100 years after its foundation, the first circular saw with a wooden frame came onto the market.
The current product range consists of more than 30 saws and serves three different industrial branches: - building construction and civil engineering with building site circular saws, the refractory industry with stone cut-off saws and the carpentry trade with cross cut table saws.
Millions of saws, accessories and spare parts have been sold to date and have made the AVOLA brand what it is today: a strong, expert and reliable partner for trade and industry.

TRAK-METBiskupiec ul merkezinde. Chrobrego 27/29, sıcak-masurian voivodeship, Polonya ve Avrupa'da bant testere fabrikalarının önde gelen üreticilerinden biridir. Trak-met zbigniew skillandat tarihi 1997'de basit testere fabrikalarının üretiminden başladı. Sonraki yıllar, testere ve tarım makineleri alanındaki dinamik gelişme, üretim salonlarının genişlemesi ve yeni teknolojilere yatırım ile karakterize edildi.

TRAK-METGeniş bir makine parkı, kendi geliştirme ve teknoloji departmanı ve yüksek nitelikli çalışanlara sahiptir. Çalışmanın başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanması, katı kenarlar gibi modern bilgisayar destekli tasarım araçlarının kullanımı sayesinde mümkündür. Toplam 2.500 m2 alanına sahip üretim salonunda en modern teknolojilere dayanan üretim süreci gerçekleştirilir: çelik işleme ve lazer teknolojisi kullanılarak çelik elemanların kesilmesi, çip işleme ve CNC işleme sistemi, modern kenar presleri, bant testereleri, patlatma sistemindeki bitmiş parçaların elektrostatik kullanılarak boya kabında son boyaya kadar temizlenmesi. Üretim sürecinin bir parçası olarak, en yüksek hassasiyetli tekrarlanabilir ürünler üretilir.

Güvenli ve sorunsuz makineler üretiminde herhangi bir uzlaşmayı kabul etmediğimiz ve en yüksek kaliteye odaklandığımız için, makinemizin bileşen tedarikçileri çemberinde sadece tanınmış markalar bulunmaktadır: Siemens Germanya-elektrik motorları, Schneider elektrikli France-otomatik ve kontroller, Chiaravalli Italy-transmisyonlar, Helukabel Germanya-kablo ve kılavuzlar, optibelt Germanya-kasırık ve V-bantlar, Wintersteiger Austria-bant testereler, tikkurila boyanmış yüzeyler, FAG/skf-rulmanlar, GAMTECH/hydropres güç hidrolik.

Üretimiz makineler sadece Polonya değil, yabancı müşteriler tarafından da tanındı. Şu anda Almanya, Avustrya, Norway, İsviçre, Fransa, Çek Cumhuriyeti, Slovakya, Litüanya, Letonya, Estonya, Rusya ve Belarus'a makine tedarik ediyoruz. Temsilcilerimiz ve hizmet merkezlerimiz bu ülkelerde bulunuyor.
