Gemels was founded in 1988 (once was "Officina Meccanica Facchinetti Angelo" founded in 1969) with the aim of broadening its recognition on the industial ball valves production market. The high quality of its products, the professional attitude and commitment towards the clients led Gemels grow and consolidate its image and riability on the industrial valve market. For more than 30 years the company has been characterized by a constant technology updating together with th great versatility of its production ranges.
Gemels headquarters are located in Trescore Balneario, a few kilometers far from Bergamo, it operates both on the national and international market in order to reach all the commercial and productive fields directly and through its local distributors.
Gemels acts as a qualified and characterized partner, able to assist the customer from the initial planning phase to the choice of the right product for the specific use, and for the whole planning and productive process. Gemels machines a wide range of works and produces special valves in different measures and materials.
Gemels is constantly updating its products and cataloghe to the technological changes, to the choice of commercial partners and to the particular requests of customer companies. For this reasons the management, the thecnicians and the staff are constantly involved in the company development process through development programmes.
Gemels operate in different fields such as the mechanic industry, oil industry, pneumatic industry industrial automation, tools machines production, earth moving machines, agricolture and more.

MS TORK, 1985 yılında TORK markası ile sektöründe hizmete vermeye başlamıştır.
Ülkemizde ilk yerli solenoid vana, pnömatik aktüatör, pnömatik pistonlu vana, patlaç valf ve elektrikli aktüatör imalatçısıdır. Bugün dünyada 87 ülkede TORK marka ürünler tercih edilmektedir.
İmalatını Dilovası’ndaki İMES Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde, 4000 metrekare kapalı alan üzerine kurulu tesislerinde gerçekleştiren TORK bünyesinde bulunan arge ekibi ile ülkemizde yerli tasarım ve üretimini gerçekleştirdiği %100 yerli ürünler ile müşterilerine çözüm üretmektedir.
TORK, aynı zamanda sektöründe öncü ölçü kontrol firmalarının bir kısmının Türkiye’de tek temsilcisidir. Bu markalar, GHM Honsberg, Martens, Tecfluid, Aflowt, Tecsis, Graisinger, Beck ve Power Genex gibi markaların debi, basınç, seviye, ağırlık, sıcaklık, pH, analiz cihazları ürünlerinin temsilciliğini yapmaktadır.
Türkiye’den akışkan kontrol teknolojileri alanında bir dünya markası çıkarmayı hedefleyen TORK ekibi bu alandaki çalışmalarını büyük bir heyecan ile sürdürmektedir. Hikayemiz
1985’ten beri müşterilerimizle fark yaratmaya çalışıyoruz.1985 Karaköy Necatibey caddesinde kuruldu.

2012 ERP Kurumsal entegre yönetim sistemi ile organizasyon anlayışına geçildi.
Gebze İMES OSB yeni fabrikasına taşındı.
2013 ATEX belgesi aldı. TS 16949 belgesi, EAC belgesi, RosH belgesi aldı.
2014 İlk kez ülkemizde soğutma solenoid vana üretimini gerçekleştirdi.
İlk kez ATEX belgeli limit switch box üretti.
ATEX belgeli gaz alarm cihazı metal gövdeli üretti.
2015 İlk kez ülkemizde elektrik aktüatör üretimini gerçekleştirdi.
İlk kez ülkemizde ATEX sertifikalı aktüatör, solenoid vana, switch box, gaz alarm cihazı kontrol paneli üretti.
İlk kez endüstriyel otomasyon sistemlerinde wireless ile ürettiği ürün gamı ürünlerini kontrol edecek teknolojiyi geliştirdi.
İlk kez ülkemizde oransal solenoid vana üretimini gerçekleştirdi.
İlk kez %88 enerji tasarruflu bobin sistemini üretti.
İlk kez ülkemizde solenoid vana kontrolü için zaman rölesi üretti.

Ölçü-kontrol sistemlerinde komple tesis montaj ve devreye alma birimi kurdu
2017 SIL belgesi alındı, fabrikamızın üretim proseslerinde modernleşme yapıldı. Elektrik aktüatörümüz AR-GE çalışmaları ile geliştirildi.
2018 E.4.0'a uygun aktüatör kontrol paneli portatif üretimi gerçekleştirildi. WIN 2018 Otomasyon fuarında sergilendi. Gas over oil kontrol sistemi çalışmaları başlatıldı.
