Die Deutsche Vortex wurde am 1.4.1965 gegründet, um ein völlig neues Pumpenprinzip auf den Markt zu bringen. Durch das verwendete Antriebssystem - den patentierten Kugelmotor, bieten Vortex - Brauchwasser Umwälzpumpen entscheidende Vorteile.
Fortschrittliche Technik mit modernsten Fertigungseinrichtungen ermöglichen den höchsten technischen Standard.
Das zertifizierte Qualitätsmanagementsystem wurde 1997 eingeführt. Damit garantieren wir von der Produktentwicklung über die Wahl der Materialien bis hin zur Produktion und Logistik beste Qualität.
Produktionsstätte, Entwicklung, Verwaltung und Verkauf befinden sich in Ludwigsburg.
Im Bundesgebiet wird die Deutsche Vortex von der Werksvertretung Hermann Schmidt in Essen vertreten. Wir verstehen uns als Partner des Sanitär- und Heizungs-Fachgroßhandels und setzen auf den 3-stufigen Vertriebsweg. Das bedeutet, bei VORTEX wird nur produziert, und nur der Großhandel vertreibt unsere Produkte an das Fachhandwerk.
Die Auftragsabwicklung erfolgt über das Werk in Ludwigsburg. In Europa übernehmen lagerführende Handelsvertretungen den Verkauf.
Die Deutsche Vortex gehört seit dem 1.1.1999 zur GRUNDFOS-Unternehmensgruppe.
Seit 2014 ist die Deutsche Vortex IHK Ausbildungsbetrieb und wir unterstützen die nationalen und internationalen Berufswettbewerbe.

Die Flexparts GmbH hat sich mit einem eigenen Onlineshop auf den Verkauf von Verschleiß- und Ersatzteilen für Motorsägen spezialisiert. Allem voran finden sich im Angebot Sägeketten für viele gängige Modelle namhafter Motorsägen-Hersteller wie Stihl, Dolmar und Husqvarna. Mit weiterem Zubehör für die Forstwirtschaft und Handwerker rundet Flexparts sein Angebot für seine Zielgruppe stimmig ab.

Variozell is the provider of services and engineering for cable entry, as well as strain relief systems. The patented system guarantees a quick and easily modifiable solution for routing and retrofitting cables.
Because the system allows you to modify the composition of the rubber modules to meet the needs of the immediate situation, the system can be used for a multitude of purposes. The system can be assembled and mounted on-site after connectors are attached to cables, making it an adaptable solution for all challenges. You can conduct through the partable system your with connectors ready-made cable and seal it up.

Mouldings with functional requirements
From September 2009 we manufacture mouldings with functional requirements in design or material (as e.g. gaskets, valves, balls, rubber-metal-joints,...) preferential in high-technologically equipped manufacturer-plants in Italy and Taiwan (cooperation partner). Also here we prefer lean structures, up-to-date Know-How and modern manufacturing equipment. As combined with the competitive cost situation this leads to the crucial advantage for our customers.
The involved production engineers have the essential knowledge for precise functional parts from their long-lasting experience in the industrial rubber field. If necessary we produce, deflash and quality check for ppm failure rate results.
Raw material procurement and conditioning
Raw materials and compounds are exclusively purchased from leading suppliers as Dow Corning, DuPont, Wacker, etc. and prepared and ready-mixed from experienced compounders, who are also ISO 9001:2000 certified.
For our customers we publish 100% of the compound ingredients of the used materials and provide Material Data sheets, as well as Safety Data sheets acc. international standards. The conformity acc. important directives as RoHS, REACh, a.o. is confirmed and guaranteed.
Material specifications will be proved and tested to confirm the properties for initial sampling documetns (demand for sampling acc. PPAP or VDA). Customer specific requirements will be also tested (e.g. properties acc. ASTM, DIN, ISO, various DBL, VW 2.8.1, etc.). Our custoemrs will get a certification of compliance with each delivery.
Quality insurance and competitiveness
Of cause the manufacturer-plants are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
Wide checking and measurement equipment and processes, e.g. optical, allow a complete check and documentation of produced "(significant) characteristics".
According to our philosophy our manufacturer-plants must prove their competitiveness all the time, cause also other production sites are taken into account - evtl. to achieve logistical advantages for our customers.
