Termokar INC. was established in 2004 as a Karcıoğlu Group investment on a 3.200 m² production area over 6500 m² area in Atatürk Industrial Zone. Since the day it was established, it has been influential in production and sales of heat exchangers for industrial cooling and HVAC applications and has taken its place among prominent companies of the market.
In 2012, it moved to its new plant with 12.000 m2 closed area over 17.500 m² total area in Manisa Industrial Zone (MOSB) and thus has had the opportunity to provide better service to its customers at home and abroad.
Nowadays, Termokar heat exchangers has been preferred supplier in many different geographies from Middle East to Scandinavia and from Europe to Africa.

We, Termokar Family, are about to leave a quarter of a century together. In this process, we worked together with our employees to innovation, argument and continuous education. Since the day we were founded, we have tried to bring the “Unconditional Customer Satisfaction” slogan to the top.

Embraco is a multinational focused on innovative solutions for refrigeration, founded on March 10, 1971, in the city of Joinville - Santa Catarina. Initially, the company was created to supply the Brazilian refrigerator industry, which at the time relied on imported compressors. In the following decade, it achieved technological autonomy and with a differential in innovation Embraco won over the world – marketing its products in all continents.
Embraco’s history has been built in several countries. Thinking first and foremost on customers, the company strategically positioned itself in Brazil, Italy, China and Slovakia, with the aim of providing better service.

Electronic components are produced in EECON, a unit located in Qingdao, China, which has been in operation since 2003.
Embraco maintains its commitment to invest approximately 3% to 4% of net revenue annually in research and development. In addition, the company is a pioneer in the use of natural refrigerants and actions focused on reverse logistics in order to improve people’s quality of life.
