FTW GmbH emerged from the fixture construction Weißenfels-Germany, founded in 1948, our company is now a producer of NC sub-assemblies, NC rotary table with direct drive (torque motor) and servo drive, NC indexing tables, swivel systems multi-axis, pallet changers, custom application solutions for machining parts for machine tools and machining centers. Among our many customers at home and abroad, including many major manufacturers of machine tools and machining centers, but also users, for whom we often develop customized solutions and supply oriented. Our employees work on approximately 6,300 sqm of production area in partially air-conditioned areas of advanced manufacturing equipment and workstations to meet the needs of our customers for quality and prompt delivery schedule to meet. 60 years of DEMMELER - a success story
The success story of our internationally successful family-owned company began when the 19-year old Ludwig Demmeler laid the foundation in 1961: In his small workshop, he worked as a subcontractor for nearby industrial businesses. Today, 60 years later, DEMMELER is an expanding and technologically strong company in the field of mechanical engineering with around 250 employees. As a hidden champion, the company in Heimertingen develops and manufactures products in the field of clamping and welding technology, rotary tables, tool changing systems based on robots and machine tool components.Innovations that have become the standard for trade and industry have always shaped our company's successful history. Already by 1990, DEMMELER set the standards on the market as the inventor of the 3D clamping system: Originally intended for the company's own production, the device system proved to be a quantum leap in metal processing and today is an international industrial standard due to the many possible applications and combinations.

We supply high-quality swivel units and slewing rings to OEM companies.
Quality is guaranteed because we continue to monitor it.
We are willing to build up safety stocks for our customers (in Rijsenhout the Netherlands)
This takes the stress out of delivery and means we can always supply our customers from Rijsenhout (the Netherlands).

We already supply crane manufacturers in a wide range of industries.
Oil swivels:
We manufacture the oil passages in Italy, and we also do this on a customer-specific basis.
Our draughtsman creates drawings based on the dimensions specified by the customer.
We then send a step file for verification, after which we proceed to manufacture the feed-through, better known as a swivel.
Our oil feed-throughs are a solution for applications where hydraulic hoses cannot easily be fed through and even a rotating part still needs to feed through the oil.
This can also be done with a slip ring through which we feed electricity. (slip ring)
Hydraulic motors:
We are the agent in the Netherlands for VINCKE motors.
Experience has shown that our motors are a good alternative to Danfoss, for example.
The prices are considerably lower and the quality is very good.

Cooperation with the customer:
For us, the rule that the customer is king still applies.
We work together with the customer on a new design for the machine or on a modification.
By thinking along with the customer, we often arrive at the right solution.
We discuss the drawing and the step file with the R&D department.
We then have the chosen solution (new product) manufactured and generally deliver this new first shipment within 14 weeks.
Of course, we already have many models in stock that we can deliver immediately.
